Self-Esteem
Through recognizing the value of self-love and self-acceptance, we are able to take steps towards cultivating a compassionate and more positive relationship with ourselves. The therapeutic space will assist in uncovering the roots of our negative core beliefs and build upon a new narrative to give rise to a healthier self-image.
Full Circle Counseling works with clients experiencing body image issues, disordered eating and eating disorder recovery, confidence, gender-identity exploration and self-care needs and desires. As we learn to appreciate and acknowledge our strengths, we are able to develop a kinder inner dialogue and personal sense of empowerment.
